1. Internal Audit Department (Assistant to Senior Officer)

Eligibility:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than a Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Accountant;
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in internal audit/credit/ compliance/risk department or in a related field and having experience in audit of banking; Desired Competencies:
- Ability to understand and assess the area under audit; to analyze the audit data & process for appropriateness, accuracy & effectiveness; to judge the adequacy of internal controls, and to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the system & procedures under audit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills, ability to self manage, team leadership & coordination, planning, and report writing skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Vigilant enough to assess and report control and procedural weaknesses with sound knowledge of NRB regulations, applicable laws, laid down policies, plans, and procedures and internal audit approach.
Age:
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 35 years;
