Gyanmandu: Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON - Nepal Dhitopatra Board, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, invites job application for the post of Chartered Accountant (CA) on Service Contract.
As the following vacancies in the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON - Nepal Dhitopatra Board) have to be taken up under the service contract to work for a period of time until permanent filling of the following posts, applications are invited from Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications.
Candidates wishing to apply should fill up the application form prescribed by SEBON within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of first publication and submit it along with the required documents to the board office or by scanning and forwarding it to the board's email [email protected].
Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Branch of the Board and from the SEBON website www.sebon.gov.np.
A copy of the educational qualification, training, experience, and certificate of Nepali citizenship should be attached with the application form.
Candidates working in government, non-government, or any other organization must submit the application along with the approval of the organization concerned.
No action will be taken on the application which is overdue, has not reached the due date and has not reached the required educational qualification, and is conditional.

1. Position: Director, Chartered Accountant (Officer Second Class)
Qualifications: Passed Chartered Accountancy from a recognized educational institution, and obtained membership of Nepal Institute of Chartered Accountants. (If there is an educational qualification obtained from a country other than Nepal, then a copy of the certificate of equivalency from Tribhuvan University)
Age: Must be 21 years old as on the last date of application and should not be above 40 years
Experience: Must have at least five years of work experience in an officer level or similar position in any government service or organization established in accordance with the prevailing law or international organization or working in the capital market, bank, financial, insurance, or law-related organization.

2. Position: Assistant Director, Chartered Accountant (Officer Class III)
Qualifications: Passed Chartered Accountancy from a recognized educational institution, and obtained membership of Nepal Institute of Chartered Accountants. (If there is an educational qualification obtained from a country other than Nepal, then a copy of the certificate of equivalency from Tribhuvan University)
Age: Must be 21 years old as on the last date of application and should not be above 35 years (in case of female candidate should not be above 40 years)
