Required Qualification & Experience for Recovery Relationship Officer:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum of three years of overall banking experience, including at least one year as Branch Manager/Relationship Manager at a branch or Recovery Officer in the Central Recovery Department, Head Office.

Required Skill & Knowledge for Recovery Relationship Officer:
- In-depth understanding of recovery procedures, current regulations, and industry best practices in recovery.
- Proficient in dealing with default loan clients and meeting recovery targets. Possesses strong leadership and communication abilities, as well as a proactive mindset.
- Must have a two-wheeler driving license.
- Corporate positions will be offered based on employment experience and qualifications, as merited.
