Required Skills & Experience for Support Officer:
- Knowledge of Core Banking System operations and functionality
- Understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) and MIS tools
- Experience in hardware and software technologies, including System Administration, Active Directory, Linux Administration, Network System Administration, and Security
- Proficiency in software/web development
- Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning for various providers (preferably Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
- Ability to perform data center operations, including regular backup
- Proactive in researching systems and technologies, recommending implementations with benefits
- Ability to understand user requirements and recommend possible solutions
