1. Officer Level (Internal Audit / Monitoring / Manpower Management / Loan Department) - Few
Bachelor's degree or similar examination passed by a recognized educational institution, not less than 35 years. At least 5 years of work experience in microfinance or banks and financial institutions, with proficient knowledge/skills in related fields.
2. Branch Manager (Officer / Supervisor / Senior Assistant) - Few
After graduation from recognized teaching institute for the post of officer, or at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance or related field, he is currently in the responsibility of branch head.
Having passed the examination of 10 + 2 level or similar for the post of Supervisor and Senior Assistant, having at least 2 years of work experience or having been in the same / one level lower post, is currently in the responsibility of Branch Head.
3. Assistant - Few
Passed 10 + 2 level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution, 18 years not exceeding 30 years. 1-year working experience in microfinance or bank financial institution.
4. Trainee Assistant- Few
Passed 10 + 2 level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution, not exceeding 18 years and 25 years.
5. Assistant (contract) - Few
Passed 10 + 2 level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution, 18 years not exceeding 28 years.
A candidate who has been selected for 1 in Central Office, Jajarkot and Ad No. Candidates opting for Ad no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 will have to work in the current branch office of the financial institution and any branch office established in the future.
Applicants applying for Ad no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 must specify the district they wish to work within the application. Accessibility will be given to those who are knowledgeable about using a computer and have a motorcycle license.
