A "C" Class National Level Financial Institution, which has been operating for more than 25 years, has been planning to enhance its products and services significantly, business activities sizably, and distribution outlets pervasively with the renewed strategic plan. It, therefore, invites application from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to strengthen its existing staff force:
1. Assistant Chief Executive Officer — 1
- Should have Master's Degree ( Preferably in Management or Economics) or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 8 years' experience in the banking sector and/ or Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) from a recognized university with minimum 10 years' experience in the banking sector and currently working in executive level in "C" class financial institutions or Managerial level position in "B" Class financial institutions or Managerial level position in "A" class financial institutions.
- Age: Not Exceeding 45 years.
2. Managerial Level - 2
- Should have Master's Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 6 years' experience in the banking sector and /or have Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 8 years' experience in the banking sector.
- Age: Not Exceeding 40 years.
3. Officer Level — 2 (Finance Department and Information Technology Department)
- For Finance Officer: Should have Master's Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 4 years' experience in the banking sector and /or have Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 5 years' experience in banking Preference shall be given to the Fresh CAs or semi-qualified chartered accountants.
- For Information Technology Officer: Should have a minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking sector. Preference will be given to those who are experienced in core banking software and digital banking software handling with Master's Degree in Information
- Age: Not Exceeding 40 years
4. Management Trainee—Few
- Should have a Masters Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) or equivalent degree from a recognized university. The successful candidate should undergo on the job training of 1 year. After completion of on the job training period of one year, he/she will be confirmed in the capacity of Junior Officer subject to satisfactory performance.
- Age: Not Exceeding 30 years
5. Junior Assistant Trainee—Few
- Should have a Bachelors Degree in Management / Economics or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given for Masters The successful candidate should undergo on the job-training of 1 year. He/she shall be confirmed at the Junior Assistant level after completion of the training period subject to satisfactory performance.
- Age: Not Exceeding 30 years.
