- Minimum 5 years of experience in related department including 3 years of experience in Banking.
- Should have knowledge of Networking and Security, Database Administration, System Administration, Software Development Life Cycle, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Governance, Data Migration.
- Expert knowledge & skill set in Pumori software, prior experience in managing IT function of BFI with Pumori as core Banking System and expertise in writing queries in SQL.
- Expert knowledge in Business Intelligence system.
- Should be able to develop and implement system for internal control, risk management and human resource management.
- Able to continuously think creatively to ensure IT as business enabler.
- Good understanding of Internal Customer Service Excellence & Turn around Time.
- Should have sound management skills, able to lead IT Department, Strategy formulation & implementation and should be well versed with NRB IT regulations and guidelines.
- Should have ability to drive the Bank's automation and digitization process in order to improve overall banking function and customer experience.
