1. Investment Manager - Few
Education:
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant degrees. CA/CFA highly preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banks, or Credit Rating Agency.
Other qualities:
- Strong understanding of project financing to various corporate industries with high capital investments like Hydropower, Hotel, Tourism or other industries.
- Adequate knowledge of Financial modelling, Valuation and Credit modelling.
- Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated knowledge of various valuation techniques and practices.
- Deep knowledge of private equity investment, and understanding of Private Investment sector of Nepal.
- Understanding of Specialized Investment Fund and related regulatory provisions of SEBON.
- Ability to make proper financial engineering & financial structuring.
- Understanding of NRB Directives & Corporate laws.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Flexible in travelling to visit private equity sponsors, companies or other industry events on a required basis.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.

2. Investment Associate - 1
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant degrees. Master's Degree or CFA level 2 preferred..
Experience:
- At least 2-year experience in investment banking, Credit Department of Commercial Bank, or Credit Rating Agency or related field.
- Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
Other qualities:
- Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated knowledge of various valuation techniques and practices.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and specially MS-excel with advanced functionalities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills in English.
- Flexible in travelling to visit private equity sponsors, companies or other industry events on a required basis.
- High level of commitment, Punctual and Motivated towards the job.
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude. .
