Nabil Bank Limited has announced the promotion of Manoj Kumar Gyawali to the position of Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The decision was finalized during the recent meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors, reflecting Gyawali’s exceptional contributions and leadership within the organization.
With this promotion, Nabil Bank now has two Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officers, as Gyawali joins Sujit Kumar Shakya in the role. Bhupendra Pandey remains as the sole Deputy CEO at the bank.

Gyawali, a seasoned banking professional, joined Nabil Bank in August 2020 as Deputy General Manager after resigning from his position as CEO of Jyoti Bikas Bank. Initially tasked with the responsibilities of Chief Finance Officer, he was promoted to Deputy CEO in October 2021. Over his tenure, he has demonstrated strategic acumen and operational excellence, which have propelled him to his current senior leadership position.
