Job Role:
This role will be responsible to contribute to develop the gender-sensitive external and internal media and communications plans and materials and implement them to support the Country Programme in general and the advocacy and campaigns programme in particular.
S/he will be responsible for providing support in delivering high quality visibility and quality impact of Oxfam Programmes and maintain and support Oxfam’s internal communications and knowledge management process. S/he will also require building media and communications capacity of programme and partner staff.
Skills and Competencies:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, mass communication, development studies, social work or related field with 3 years of relevant work experience gained within a civil society organisation, media, communications or public relations team.
