Position & Required Qualification and Experience
Management Trainee - Few
Passed Master's level in Economics or Management. Must have knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and Nepali typing). Preference will be given to those who have a driver's license (Motorcycle, Scooter).
Assistant - Few
Having passed Proficiency Certificate Level / 10 + 2 or SLC / SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and have at least 1-year work experience in the post of trainee assistant/ facilitator/ assistant member / center manager in the field of microfinance. Must have knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and Nepali typing). Preference will be given to those who have a driver's license (Motorcycle, Scooter).
Trainee Assistant - Few
Passed SLC / SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution. In the case of SEE, a minimum D grade should be given in all subjects. Preference will be given to those who have Motorcycle, Scooter.
Additional Information:
Types of Exams: Written for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant, Field Concept and Interview and Interview for Assistant Post.
Age Limit: In the case of female applicants who have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years for all the posts till the last date of application, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.
Salary facility: As per the rules of financial institutions.

Submission of Examination Form Fee: Only shortlisted applicants should submit it when appearing for the examination or interview.
Place and date of written examination: From the duly received applications, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for selection process.
Documents to be submitted: A copy of a recent passport size photograph with resume (CV), citizenship, educational qualifications, and a letter of experience for the position requiring experience.
Note: The final decision regarding staff selection will be made by the financial institution.
