JOB POSITIONS:
1. Manager Information Technology ( Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager) -1
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial bank with at least 3 years of experience in supervisory role.
- Experience and understanding of International Technology Infrastructure (ITIL) Processes and Procedures and CoBIT framework.
- Well versed with NRB IT guidelines. Risk management practices and information security best practices.
2. Security Officer (Assistant Manager) -1
The candidate of this job position is responsible for ensuring effective implementation/ supervision of all security measures adopted by the bank by making the entire security system of the bank more effective. The candidate should also be responsible to secure premises &staffs by patrolling bank's property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points as well as authorizing entry in bank's premises. The candidate is also expected to assess the quality of job output of the security personnel deployed within the bank and forward feedback/suggestion to enhance their productivity.
- The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in Nepal Army.
- Should be able to review the entire security equipment installed throughout the bank such as CCTV, Fire Alarm. Smoke Detectors. Intruder Alarm, and Fire Extinguishers etc.
- Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent
- Age should not exceed 50 years.
3. Branch Manager (Officer/Senior Officer Laval) - 20
- Bachelors degree (preferably Masters degree) in any discipline, with minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience and with at least 2 years experience in Branch Management Candidates should have good exposure in branch operations and sales function.
4. Relationship Manager (Officer Level) - 50
- Bachelors degree (preferably Masters degree) in any discipline, with minimum 6 years of experience in a commercial bank with at least 2 years of exposure in the area of relationship management/ branch credit
5. Chartered Accountants -10
- Completion of CA/CFA/ACCA.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Job grade shall depend on qualification and experience of the selected candidate.
6. Management Trainee - 25
- Masters degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university having minimum 4596 in SLC & above & age not exceeding 30 years as of (December 26. 2018. Candidate awaiting final results at the postgraduate level may also apply.
7. Junior Assistant -50
- Bachelors degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university & age not exceeding 35 years as of December 26. 2018. Candidates awaiting final results at the graduate level may also apply.
*Positions listed under serial nos 3,4,6,7 are applicable for all 7 States.
