1. Branch Manager/ Branch In-charge - 35 Positions
(CiBL-BM-01-2019)
- Level: Officer Level (01/02/03), Assistant Level (54)
- Experience: At least 3 years' of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years' of banking experience for Assistant Level in Credit and Sales.
- Required Knowledge & Skills: Candidates need to be acquainted with overall credit, sales and operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrate a strong sense of work ethics and have a strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.
2. Relationship Manager/ Relationship Officer/ Assistant Relationship Officer - 63 Positions
(CiBL-RM-02-2019)
- Level: Officer Level (01/02), Assistant Level (53/54)
- Experience: At least 3 years' of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years' of banking experience for Assistant Level in Credit and Sales.
3. Head Remittance Operation -1 Position
(CiBL-REM-03-2019)
- Level: Officer Level (01/02)
- Experience: At least 3 years' of banking experience with prior work experience in the remittance department of a commercial bank.
- Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Candidate needs to be acquainted with overall management/supervision of the remittance function and is required to be familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Operation In-Charge - 42 Positions
(CiBL-01-04-2019)
- Level: Officer Level (01), Assistant Level (52/S3/54)
- Experience: At least 3 years' of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years' of banking experience for Assistant Level in Cash/Remittance/Customer Service.
5. Operations Assistant -16 Positions
(CiBLOA-05-2019)
- Level: Assistant Level (S2)
- Experience: At least 2 years' of banking experience in Operations/Sales.
Note: The applicant must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.
Minimum criteria for applied positions:
- Officer Level: 22 to 40 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 45 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Bachelors Level from recognized university/college for all positions. Preference shall be given to applicants from the management stream.
- Assistant Level: 19 to 30 years for male candidates and for female candidate age should not exceed 35 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Intermediate Level from a recognized university/college.
