Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, headquartered in Gaidakot Municipality, Ward No. 2, Kaligandaki Chowk, Nawalpur, is a national level financial institution “D” class licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.

In the short time since its inception, the organization has been providing microfinance services through 59 branches in 29 districts of Nepal for the central office and the branch offices to be opened and operating in the near future; As there is a need for hardworking, honest, experienced and committed employees to work in rural areas, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice for the posts as per the details.

1. Position: Officer / Senior Officer

Minimum educational qualification:

Must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent examination passed for senior officer and officer position.
Must have worked in banks and financial institutions for at least 5 years or have passed a master's degree in any subject and have worked in banks and financial institutions for at least 1 year at the officer level.
Officer level employees will be assigned to the monitoring office or central office based on their qualifications and experience.
In addition, priority will be given to those with experience in internal audit and work experience in human resources and operations.

Type of test: Interview.

Age limit: For authorized category, 21 years have been completed and not exceeding 40 years, five years will be added).

Nature of work: The Central Office will have to conduct internal audits of all the branch offices and work related to human resources and operations in the central office. The permanent appointment will be made as per the rules of this financial institution only if the performance is satisfactory during the trial period.
