1. Position: Department Head
> Level: Managerial/Officer
> Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification:
> Managerial Level - Master’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience in central/head office of bank or financial institution in a officer level position.
> Officer Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of work experience in central/head office of bank or financial institution in a officer level position.
2. Position: Province Head
> Level: Managerial/Officer
> Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification:
> Managerial Level - Master’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience in central/head office of bank or financial institution in a officer level position.
> Officer Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of work experience in central/head office of bank or financial institution in a officer level position.
3. Position: Monitoring Officer
> Level: Officer
> Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institution in a branch manager position or 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 5 years of work experience in bank or financial institution in a branch manager position.
4. Position: Branch Manager
> Level: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant
> Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institution or 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institution.
5. Position: Junior Assistant / Trainee Assistant
> Level: Assistant
> Number of Vacancies: Few
Qualification:
> Junior Assistant: SEE or equivalent with minimum 1 year of work experience
> Trainee Assistant: Minimum SEE or equivalent
AGE LIMIT
> Managerial Level: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 45 years
> Officer Level: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 40 years
> Assistant Level: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 35 years
> Plus 5 years for female candidates for all Level
> There is no age limit for employees working in financial institutions.
