Job Specifications: Minimum 2 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs. Good knowledge in credit, Operation and Branch Management. Good Knowledge on Banking Software. Must have leadership quality. Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Assistant. Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer to Senior Officer.
