Work Stations: Inside & outside Kathmandu Valley
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant subject,
- Work experience in a financial institution is preferred,
- Proficiency in computer operation required,
- Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Have good judgment, sound business sense a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail,
- Ability to lead and motivate a team,
- Ability to achieve given targets,
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
- Have a confident and assertive manner,
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
