We are looking to appoint a dynamic, motivated and resourceful individual in the Position Of Chief Digital Officer.
The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is a senior-level position responsible for planning and executing Laxmi Bank's digital strategy.
the CDO will be expected to provide strategic leadership and direction on data and emerging trends such as Al and DLT. S/he will also be expected to drive the Bank's automation and digitization Journey, and monitor digital trends and technologies to design new products and solutions (or upgrade existing services) to improve customer experience.
Required Experience
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience In the Information Technology space. Experience in the financial services industry is not required, however basic knowledge of banks and banking will be an added advantage.
Required Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in management,/ computer science or a related field.
Required Skills
Excellent technical skills in web-based marketing. Good undemanding of trends in digital technologies such as cloud, mobile, social media, big data, the internet of things, augmented and virtual reality, and Al.
Sound project management abilities in order to oversee project teams. Strong analytical skills in order to develop effective strategies, determine project risks, and plan product development.
