The Laghubitta is currently on a lookout for dynamic, result-oriented, pragmatic, self-motivated and passionate candidates to join us in following positions to be deputed in Corporate Office at Banepa, Kavre except specifically stated otherwise:
| 1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer [No: 1] |
Qualification: Master's Degree or CA/ACCA/CPA from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
| 2. Chief Risk Officer (Manager/Senior Manager) [No: 1] |
Qualification: Master's Degree or CA/ACCA/CPA from a recognized institution
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
| 3. Chief Support Officer - Manager [No: 1] |
Qualification: Master's Degree or CA/ACCA/CPA from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
| 4. Head- Finance (Deputy Manager/Manager) [No: 1] |
Qualification: Master's Degree in Management/Finance or CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields.
Age: Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
| 5. Department Heads- Legal, Credit Approval, Loan Recovery, General Services & Projects (Chief Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) [No: 4] |
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law from recognized university for Legal Department and Master's Degree or CA/ACCA/CPA from a recognized institution for other Departments.
Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.

Location: Designated Provincial Offices (Province 2, Gandaki Province, Province 5, Karnali Province, Sudurpaschim Province)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline.
| 7.Officer- Legal, Loan Recovery, Information Technology, Risk Management & Compliance, Vigilance & Monitoring (Officer Level) [No: 5] |
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law from recognized university for Legal Department, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution for the IT Department and Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution for other Departments.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline.
| 8. Branch Managers (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Officer/Senior Officer) [No: Few] |
Location: Designated Branches across the country
Qualification: 10+2 degree or equivalent for Senior Assistant/Supervisor and Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution for Officer/Senior Officer.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions or relevant fields. Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline.
| 9. Trainee Assistant/Contract Assistant [No: Few] |
Location: Designated Branches and Departments
Qualification: 10+2 degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. Experience: Fresher can apply.
Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 28 years as on application deadline.
Candidate Selection Modality:
Interview and Presentation for Deputy Chief Executive Officer Interview for other vacancies.
Only shortlisted candidate will be called for the interview. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
