Education and Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics
Job Specifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having banking experience as a Branch Manager
- Strong technical understanding of the banking operation, credit & deposit
- Good knowledge on banking software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver results under stressful timetable and environment
- Having valid two wheelers driving license
- Having Leadership skills and sound knowledge of overall Branch Handling
Job Description:
- Manage overall branch, its products / services, customers and monitor all staffs of the branch.
- Meet the branch business target, establish brand name in the locality and attract new customers through various promotions and personal relations.
- Involve in budget preparation, allocate proper budget for branch, oversee the activities of branch employees and cash management.
- Perform all the tasks related to branch activities and decisions as allocated by the immediate supervisor and top management.
- Responsible for overall branch activities.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
