This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Chief Legal Officer to provide assurance to all the stakeholders regarding the development and implementation of effective strategies, global best practices and instill compliance culture within the bank. The candidate should possess excellent communication skill and demonstrate leadership skills in enhancing the capacity of the staffs as well as legal aspects of Bank. Candidate should be capable to conduct comparative legal analysis on wide range of banking issues and propose appropriate solutions to provide legal support. Candidates with proven track record of presenting bank in the court shall be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager

• Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.

• At least 5 years of banking related experience in domestic/international banks or in related field having completed Master's Degree and for Bachelor's Degree candidatemust have 10 years of experience in banking or related field.
  

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Degree in BL/LLB or related field.

• Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 50 years as of March 16, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Degree in BL/LLB or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Banking or other related field.

• Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of March 16, 2022

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor

• Degree in BL/LLB/LLM or related field.

• At least 2 years of Banking experience/Corporate legal experience in related area.

• Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of March 16, 2022.
