Roles Overview
RKD Holdings requires a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our chairman. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling and directing communications and inquiries.
- Draft, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, memos, and other documents in both Nepali and English.
Qualifications

Roles Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the procurement cycle for our holding company based in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience and be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services for the group's various business units in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibility
- Manage and execute the end-to-end procurement process, from receiving purchase requests (PRF) from different business units to finalizing purchase orders (PO).
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve the best possible value for the organization.
- Maintain and update records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices in the internal database.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within a holding company or a multi-unit business environment.
- Deep understanding of the procurement cycle and best practices.
