The Trainee Assistant position is an entry-level role at the Junior Assistant level. Selected candidates will undergo one-year training period, and upon successful completion, they will be eligible for confirmation in Junior Assistant (JA) position, if they hold a Bachelor's degree. Similarly, candidates with a Master's degree will be eligible for confirmation in Assistant position. Candidates will work in various functions at the Corporate Office, Province Offices, and branch locations both inside and outside the valley.

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Management/ Economics/ Legal/ IT/ Statistics or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
