Lazio wins the title as they defeat Atlanta striking two goals via Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Joaquin Correa to wrap it up in stoppage time. With the victory Lazio books a ticket to next season's Europa League.
Although a fierce gameplay, the match ended in a goalless first half. The last minute breakthrough took the turn of events when Milinkovic-Savic came off the bench to head in the opener at 82 minutes just eight minutes before Correa seals the victory as he slots home the winning goal in the closing moments of the match. The fourth place Atlanta, now has to win their last matches against Juventus and Sassuolo to secure the Champions League Football title run. The probable win might give Atlanta their first lift to the Champions League Cup. Juventus won the previous four cups to grab a total of 13 all-time wins, while Roma’s is in-line with nine victories so far.
