Job Description:
Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) invites application from qualified, committed and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the following:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary support and assistance in conduction of different programs and activities of the Association
- Support to conduct banking promotion program/campaigns
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Collect and compile data from various sources
- Update contact information regularly
- Update website and social media regularly
- Respond to general correspondence/email/queries of the Association
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide support to ED and other officials as and when required
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance or similar degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of banking industry preferred
- Ability to write meeting minutes, reports and proposals both in English and Nepali
- Proficient in all MS-Office applications
- Good coordination and networking skills
- Good time management skills and ability to accomplish works within strict deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours and condition as well as ability to sustain work pressure
- Excellent knowledge of using social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Ability to update/upload information on the website
- Candidates holding two-wheeler license will be given priority
