Its main objective is to provide economic and social upliftment through microfinance services to the poor and destitute families living in rural areas who are economically deprived and who are far from accessing the banking services of existing banks and financial institutions.
The organization aims to improve the family living standards of the women living in the rural areas of the deprived communities, especially by providing loans on unsecured collective security, encouraging them to do productive work and establishing them in the society. To make the women and men of these impoverished families financially literate by investing a small amount of money in productive work to promote small enterprises, agricultural production, trade, business operation, tradition-based profession, and business-based tradition and make them self-employed and financially strong. The main objective of this financial institution is to help in building a creative and self-reliant society.
Due to the required for hardworking, honest, and experienced staff for the central office and branch offices of the national level Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) licensed “D” class by Nepal Rastra Bank. Additional Information:
Age limit: 21 years for officer level and not exceeding 40 years till the last date of application and 18 years for the Assistant Level and not exceeding 35 years. In the case of women, the upper age limit will be 5 years more.
