1. Province Head

Required Numbers: 2

Province Office: Biratnagar and Mahendranagar

Qualifications, Job Descriptions, Skills, Experiences and Attributes: Minimum university graduate preferably in Business Management with an experience of minimum of five years in Life Insurance Company and not exceeding 45 years and priority will be given to local applicants. Good communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in computer applications is required.

Reviews business plans, identifies gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity to meet set business targets. Possess strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to meet these challenges & able to generate new life first premium business retaining existing ones.

1. Branch Manager

Required Numbers: 2

Branch: Phidim and Mahendranagar

Qualifications, Job Descriptions, Skills, Experiences and Attributes: Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably in Business Management with an experience of minimum of three years in Life Insurance Company and not exceeding 40 years and priority will be given to local applicants.

Able to generate new life first premium business along with retaining existing ones, expand agency networks and manage agency distribution channels.
