The Province Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall functions within their respective province or region. Key responsibilities include formulating, guiding, and supervising business strategies and activities. The Province Head will report directly to management on business plans and progress.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 10 years of marketing experience with 5 years in the insurance industry
- Proven track record in a similar position
- Familiarity with statutory directives and life insurance products
- Experience in training and corporate culture
